5 Year Guarantee
Our Guarantee Conditions
To ensure that you benefit from our 5-year guarantee, a few simple conditions apply:
Regular Dental Check-Ups
You must attend a minimum of two examinations and scale and cleans each year after your treatment is completed. Following our recommended preventive dental treatments and maintenance program is essential to maintaining your restorations.
Night Guard Usage
If our dentists detect a history of grinding or clenching, you’ll need to wear a bite splint at night to protect your dental work.
Full Payment
The dental treatment must be paid in full, with no outstanding balance on your account.
Care & Maintenance
The guarantee does not cover damage or loss due to trauma, neglect, new decay, gum disease, misuse, accidents, or any additional dental treatments.
Permanent Restoration
The restoration provided must be permanent and deemed by a Dream Smile Dental Clinic dentist to be the most appropriate method of treatment.
Root Canal Exclusion
While rare, if a root canal is needed post-treatment, this procedure is not covered under the 5-year guarantee due to the unpredictability of the tooth nerve.
Exclusive Care at Dream Smile
The guarantee applies only if any required repairs or replacements are performed by a Dream Smile Dental Clinic dentist.
Material or Technique Changes
If the dentist or dental laboratory determines that a different material or technique is necessary for repair or replacement, only the cost difference will be payable.
