Our Complaints Process

Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days. This confirmation will include a reference number and outline the next steps.
Investigation
Your complaint will be carefully reviewed by our Complaints Manager and the relevant members of our clinical team. We aim to complete our investigation and provide a response within 4 weeks. Please note that more complex issues might require additional time.

Response & Resolution
Once the investigation is complete, we will contact you with a detailed response. This will include:
An explanation of the findings
Any actions taken to address your concern
Information on further steps if you remain dissatisfied

Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you have the right to escalate your complaint. We can advise you on how to forward your concerns to the appropriate external regulatory bodies, such as the Dental Complaints Service.
